Q: What is a FAQ?

A: FAQ is an acronym for "frequently asked questions," the below FAQs offer info that you might find helpful in making a decision to contact Wordscribers. You can email or phone with more specific questions or for further explanation of any of the Q & A's shown.

Q: What if I don't know exactly what support I need?

A: We can consult with you to gain an understanding of what the projects might entail. We then assist in aligning the priorities for best impact to your business. You then decide if our approach meets all your criteria.

Q: Do you handle layout and graphic work too?

A: We can work with your in-house graphics team or align the graphics into the work we provide. The scope of the project and your internal support infrastructure can be a determining factor. We can support either type of effort.

Q: How small a project will you handle?

A: No project is too small when it helps support you. What might seem to be a tiny project could be the "mustard seed" that supports your future. We could only spend a couple of hours helping. But if that opens doors and opportunities for you, then it was a worthwhile project, not a small one.

Q: Is all your work customized or do you offer template style support?

A: Good question. We customize work for your needs; however, we do offer some template services for the DIY person. We don't rely on standard template for the custom projects, but time and support of many projects have shown that many efforts can be laid out in a format with "boilerplate" templates. They work well for some types of projects. We are in the process of creating some template products that will be coming out soon for the DIY business person. In the meantime don't hesitate to contact us for a sneak preview.

Q: Will you do customized personal projects?

A: Depends on the scope and timeline for the project, but yes we will. Some examples of projects that can normally be supported include customized, personal children's books, personalized series of our "Life is Like......( you fill in the hobby or idea). We have done customized "Life is like Bingo", "Life is like Golf".... you get the idea. All you have to do is provide us some general inforamtion, we do the work and customize so that you can get the credit.
