I like to teach, mentor and help people which is reflected in the type of personal projects I find myself most drawn.  I also enjoy seeing the brighter and lighter side of life even when I find myself under a rain cloud or sucking lemons.  My projects try to express my love of giving information and laughter.  That is not to say that I haven't written some darker stories and poems that reflect the pain we all can relate to at some point in our lives.  Even from those pieces I hope others can learn something about themselves and in supporting others. 

 

I started collecting quotes on a variety of subject many years ago.  Wine was just one of many subjects but with my other writings on wine, I seemed to collect more and more sayings, proverbs and quotes.  I tried to bring information and quotes to this book for everyone's enjoyment.  It is available at Amazon.com and soon to be available at various Virginia wineries.   

Wine is an enjoyable pastime and hobby for me, but for others it seems a trap set by the Wine Snob to embarrass them because they don't speak Winese.  This book takes a light, yet informative look at understanding wine basics, grape history, fun wine tips, win-ese vocabulary, toasts, and quotes from some of history's best known drinkers.
